My name is Yvonne and I am a fully qualified, NCPS Accredited counsellor based in Aberystwyth, Ceredigion, West Wales. However, I see clients from all over the UK.

Qualifications and Training:

I am currently completing EMDR training and am working towards full accreditation

Several years experience working with adults living with trauma (New Pathways)

I also provide specialist trauma informed therapy which takes into consideration the complex impact of trauma on an individual and how it affects a person’s ability to cope. It can make all the difference to a person's mental well-being.

As each person is unique, so will be the way we work together. I am an integrative counsellor which means I bring together elements of different therapeutic approaches to make sure your therapy is tailored to you.

Ethical standards

I subscribe to and work within the NCPS code of ethics and ethical framework. I undertake regular professional development to maintain a high level of knowledge and practice and regular supervision.
