I offer flexible appointments which take place in my safe, comfortable and confidential therapy room.

I also offer telephone as online counselling via zoom or teams. Both are as effective as face to face therapy and can take place in the privacy and comfort of your own home.

Session time: Up to 60 minutes

Fee: £50

EMDR Therapy Sessions

EMDR sessions take place in my comfortable, private therapy room, offering a safe space to work through difficult memories or experiences.

Session time: 60 minutes - £60​
